RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

— RETURNS —

1. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your UFlex Knee Massager arrives damaged, is faulty on arrival, or develops a fault within 12 months, we will replace it free of charge.

Contact us with:
– Your order number
– A description of the fault
– Photos or video if possible

We’ll ship a replacement within 2 business days of confirming the fault.

2. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We’ll send the correct item and arrange collection of the wrong one at our expense.

3. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included. You are responsible for return postage costs.

To cancel, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.

4. REFUND TIMELINE

– Return received and inspected: 1-2 business days
– Refund issued: immediately after inspection
– Refund appears in your account: 3-5 business days (card) or instant (PayPal)

5. UK DELIVERY

– Service: Royal Mail 48 (tracked)
– Cost: FREE on all orders
– Delivery time: 3-5 business days
– Tracking provided via email when your order ships

6. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Available at checkout. Rates calculated by destination. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 2 PM (UK time) Monday-Friday dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends dispatch the next business day.

8. DELIVERY ISSUES

UK: contact us after 10 business days if your order hasn’t arrived.
International: contact us after 21 business days.

We’ll investigate with the courier and resend or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.

9. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Double-check your address at checkout. If the address is wrong and the order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to be returned before we can resend (re-delivery at your cost).
