The UFlex Knee Massager carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover:
– Damage from misuse, drops, or water exposure
– Normal wear and tear
– Use contrary to the instructions
– Unauthorised repairs or modifications
If your unit develops a fault, contact us for a replacement.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The UFlex Knee Massager is a wellness device, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
– We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
– Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product
– Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law
